Total number of guest rooms:  5 with private bathrooms.
Smoking:  Please, NO smoking, for your health and ours. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged accordingly.
Children:  Well behaved children of any age are always welcome.
Breakfast:  A hot entree with muffins, fruit, yogurt and granola is served daily.
Pricing:  In Season (Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend) - $155.00-$175.00.  Please ask about our special packages and off-season rates.

Parking:  Safe, off-street private parking.
Credit Cards Accepted:  Visa, Master Card, American Express.  Personal checks are accepted if received 7 days in advance of stay.
Reservation Information:  For a 1,2, or 3 night stay, we request payment in full, in advance.
For a longer stay, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon arrival. In season, we request the pleasure of a 2-night minimum so that we can get to know you better but please contact us and we'll try to accommodate your scheduling requirements.
Check-in time: By appointment after 3:00pm. We like to greet you personally when you arrive so that we can answer any questions about our beautiful area, make dinner reservations for you, or just help you settle into your home away from home.
Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to refund your deposit with a 14 day notice prior to the
beginning of your reservation or with a shorter notice if we are able to re-book your room. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
